Trending @Infosys; Need serious advice
For the last 3 years I've been working on a support project using Infosys internal platform and the problem is that this platform doesn't have any work in other companies as it's Infosys's internal. Now the problem is that I want to switch but am not able to convince any HR or most of the time my CV is not being shortlisted. Most of my friends are switching and getting 10-12 CTC with the same years of experience but different technology. And I'm stuck here. I talked with some managers for including me to their project but everyone is asking for project experience on that technology. Also I tried the IJP but no luck. Sometimes I think about starting preparation for Govt jobs but I'm not sure what I should do. It's a kind request please help me. 😭🙏
In this case you have one option that is you can do an external course in any reputed academy for any demanded technology, they will give you to complete some projects for hands-on, do that projects and mention in your CV that you have work on that technology and completed those projects in your overall Infosys experience and switch your job on this technology 👍.
