Need sales guys from telecom ….with IT experience

Need guys who have handled commission systems in Indian telecom industry, has flair for IT or IT background. Experience 5+ years domain knowledge would be added advantage.

I have been in civil engineering related sales global trade for 18 years and want to shift towards IT sales software sales. How do I make this shift? Anyone tried?
