Need salary ranges in diff big 4

I am sap functional consultant with 8 years exp and close to 20L ctc including bonus . I am not getting promoted in Deloitte so wanted to see what my options are in big 4 i am yet to receive hike and i got exceptional rating in Deloitte so my ctc might become 24L minimum .

Any suggestions or knowledge on what others might offer me or am in a pretty decent range ??
