Trending @Infosys; Need Salary negotiation advice

Hi guys I have cleared 2 technical round of cognizant and I have my final HR round face to face on tomorrow i.e. Monday So currently I am having 9lpa ctc with 10% variable in it So how much should I quote or ask in cognizant hr round I am having total 4.5 years of experience at present

Pls share valuable advice

CTS is having 75k fixed variable till senior consultant. Ask for 15lpa gross let them decide your variable on top of that

Ha correct then see how much they can give ..don't agree less than 14lpa

I guess you can atleast ask 13-14lpa fixed and above it like 1-2 lakh variable.

Ask for 100% hike they would settle around 50 to 80% at the end
