Trending @Infosys; Need Salary Insights for Technology Lead at infosys

Hi everyone,

I am working as a technology lead at infosys. Besides this I am working as a PMO as well. Still there is no hike in my salary.

I joined infosys in 2021 as a technology analyst with a package of 7lacs. And now my package is 7.8 lacks...

Can someone help me with better suggestion or idea to improve my package.. or is there any course that I can do ??
