Trending @Infosys; Need Salary Insights for Senior Consultant at Infosys
Hi Everyone,
I’ve been working at Infosys for the past six years, starting as an Associate Consultant and now a Senior Consultant. However, my salary has only increased from 7.5 LPA to 10.5 LPA during this time.
I feel that the salary growth has been relatively low. Could anyone share insights on: • What is the fair salary range for a Senior Consultant at Infosys? • Any strategies or steps to negotiate a better salary?
Please feel free to share your experiences- good or bad.

Hey... you are underpaid.... senior consultant salary should be 16-25 LPA
Simply switch. I my self earning a (10+1)11 LPA as Senior Associate Consultant. So you being a Senior Consulate should earn a lot more. I believe the reason your earning low is purely because your are getting internal hikes which are peanuts.
Since you are staying in Infy for 6 year and got 3 promotions, At least your package should be around 15 LPA.
Could you maybe share any strategies to ask for the raise? The yearly appraisals are also very low which won’t even match this package in coming years.
