Need salary guidance

Started at 12lpa at an early stage startup(O yoe). Teammates earning >15lpa for the same yoe. After appraisals I'm getting 16lpa but everyone else got >18lpa. We recently secured very decent funding despite harsh market conditions.

I don't have a manager or HR. We are very small right now and I directly report to the CTO, plus wlb is very good. We often work 12 hours everyday.
