Need salary advice reg. PM role

Joining back employee market after failing at building a startup(9 months).

Context: 3 years total work ex, 2years as PM, rest startup, Tier 1 engg.

I haven't worked in early stage startups before and market doesn't seem to be quite good rn. Need advice is there a point in shopping for more offers or should join right away.
