Need Sabbatical with experience less than 2yrs in TCS

Hello everyone, I need suggestions from you all that may can I get long leaves or sabbatical for 6 months. As I am travelling to US to accompany my spouse.

Or does my manager/ HR can give me wfh if I travel to US then can join into project over there as soon as my EAD is approved.

With less than 2 years of experience, getting a sabbatical is nearly impossible. Your best bet is to discuss WFH with your manager. Good luck navigating the red tape.
