Need review: Publicis Sapient

Hello folks, I have 6.7 years of experience, worked at various product companies like Siemens and right now working at a early stage startup that recently laid off the engineering team. I am looking for new jobs and cleared rounds with Publicis Sapient. I would like to know about this company since I have no clue about it and Internet has mixed reviews about this company. I would like to know about the work culture, projects and overall work life balance.
