I have some doubts on WFH , Hybrid , Remote . Variable Pay . Joining Bonus or any other perks for the role of
Abinitio L2 Production Support Lead .
They may be offering 29 LPA . I am 10+ years experience in the same domain . Relevant 5+
Any suggestions welcome for negotiations .
Yes consider rejected. And if received any offer try to negotiate. Other firm are now seems better than TCS issue . Delayed interview rounds, offer letter delays , not matching package with latest cross offer letter.
