Need release from SBI Belapur Project
Hi folks, I have been assigned to SBI Belapur project without my consent and they have also generated my WON/SWON when I asked my RMG why I didn't got any chance to interview for other project he said that you have been mapped by RMG and now he is not entertaining anything from my side I don't have as such medical concerns but I do have some medical conditions, I am single child and both of my parents are heart patients
Even after saying this to RMG he is not entertaining
What should I do please help 🙏
You can reject.. what is your grade? If you are c3A and above you will have option I think.. What is the constraint here is it in different location? Just asking
I am Ninja candidate Y1 grade, I am doing all non-IT work over here and little bit of SQL, Client location doesn't have any work life balance and very poor infrastructure, no proper canteen very unhygienic this place is not good at all it's like a government building which has nothing good and even here I can't take any leaves. Manager is not that employee friendly he straightforward said leaves will be taken care by me and I won't approve it comes as first come first serve basis.
RMG is taking advantage of me being a trainee.
Just work from home... do ur work but dont go...tell them u cant come..they cant do shit even if it escalates
Same happened with me . Don't work if there's client interview tell them politely that you don't want to join the project. I did the same.Now after 2 months I got released.
Didn't get a chance to attend client interview they allocated me directly and now RMG is not listening to us. I am thinking of not working at my 100%efficiency I just want release
