People here work from 1200 to 830 My manager is saying that I need to stay for 9 hrs bla bla
I stay from 10 to 530 still he is not satisfied And moreover I have not got asset and seniors here are toxic and juniors don't open their mouth they are very shy I am kind of revolting one here
Tomorrow I have 1-1 session with my manager
I need 3 hrs to travel(1.5 hrs up and 1.5 hrs down)
I am new so I don't have any dependencis and they don't give wfh at all Bfsi project
I think all the BFSI projects are the same. I'm also working with an indian bfsi. They don't follow agile and wants the task to be completed on the same day itself. If manager is in office then he'll come after 3pm and stay till 7 8 pm and make us stay too
Bfsi managers think they are different breed
Bfsi managers are loaded with shit mentality of micromanagement. Also i have seen the senior and junior mentality here. I moved from an US project to an indian bfsi. I had mental trauma for some weeks after joining here.
