Trending @Wipro; Need release from Project
Hi,
I am working on a project of a very reputed client. However the work environment has become very toxic.The manager does not even talk to us in a good way. How can I officially get a release from the project (3.5+ years I have already served in the project) ? Do I need to serve a 3 months period if I need to be released from the project as well ?
2 ways :
- Apply through iAspire. Get rotated.
- Stop working, any escalation wont matter when you switch the project
Thanks a lot. A simple question, I am working as QA from last 3 years however I have keen desire to work with Python based development projects. Also, I have a good knowledge on Python. Could you please help as how I can do this ?
Also, I have listened somewhere that, now the bench period has been increased from 45 days to 3 months. How much true is this ?
If we apply through iAspire, our current manager will.be notified about it ? Anyhow he has to approve and release right ?
Ask manager for a release and work out how much notice you need to give. Note you are taking risk of being on bench where you may get only 45 days of salary
