Need release from account

Hi have H1B Visa but my project is not in good situation to send me onshore before 2025. I want release from this account. I am working in the current project for more than 6 years. And currently on H1B since Jan 2024. There is no update from last 5 months. Manager is not responding to my emails, calls, text. I am very much frustrated right now. What should I do please suggest.
