Need referral for BE role

Company is not doing well, salary is not paid on time, tax and EPF is not paid for the previous financial year yet although they are deducting for the past year and doing now too.

YOE- 2.9 yr TC- 29 Company- startup Tech- primarily Js/Go/Mongo/AWS+ willing to learn any tech.

Not getting any interview calls, would be a big help if even an interview would be scheduled.
