Need Referral

I recently joined HCL but had to resign within a month due to cultural and flexibility issues. My notice period is 60 days, and I am currently attending interviews.

Prior to this, I worked at Comcast, which I left due to management challenges, though the culture there was positive.

I am looking for a workplace with a supportive, non-toxic culture that values teamwork and growth. I began my career as a Manual Tester and later worked on Proof of Concepts (POCs) to transition into automation. Over time, I progressed to working as an SDET, and I now aspire to move into the data domain.

However, my years of experience in testing seem to limit my opportunities in this field. To overcome this, I have pursued and continue to pursue certifications related to the data domain. Some friends have advised me to remain in the testing domain while enhancing my technical skills.
