Debeure -the best croissants I have ever had! But you got to go around early. Its a small tuck shop and the croissants get over very very quickly.

Cafe Nghia opposite to TP bank near the hoalim lake area. Best coffee and deserts.

Some local ones too, Gia Trinh is the best imo.
