Need quick suggestions please??
Hi guys, right now I'm in a client project and I have given an interview for Capgemini, 1st round is cleared and 2nd round is scheduled for tomorrow, Capgemini HR is asking if I'm able to join last week of January at least, asked me to confirm? But I haven't even resigned yet and TCS is having 90 days notice period right, and I've already mentioned earlier to Capgemini HR, who should I check with this? How to get immediate release from org?
What do u guys suggest?
- After getting an offer letter from Capgemini, if I resign how early can I be relieved from TCS org? 2.what should I confirm with Capgemini hr now?

Didn't the HR ask for your notice period before scheduling interviews?? What did you tell him at that time
I've already said it's 90 days on the first day call and also haven't resigned yet, she said ok and scheduled 1st round and I have cleared and scheduled 2nd round tomorrow, Again today she called me and told if you can be able to join by Jan last week🫤
I resigned without offer letter one month completed now I have 2 offer(including Capgemini). Folks right if you don't have confidence then don't resign now.
Yes better to wait for the offer and resign, if you are confident enough of cracking an offer during Notice period then you can resign without offer depends on your confidence
In case you are confident, then resign else it's a risk before getting an offer letter Regarding release, if manager is ok you may get release even in 15 days. And to client you can tell post getting offer letter
