Need Python developer role
Query 1 : I have been on bench for 1.5 years. In the meanwhile they took me into a project and after 4 months said that there is no skill requirement and released me from the project.
I want to work as a python developer. In order to take into a project, they are asking for experience. Without giving any chance, how can I get experience.
What should I do. My experience is getting wasted
Query 2 : I have been suffering from severe mental disorder. I have submitted all the medical documents. They rejected them. I can't wfo. Moreover they put me on bench and asking me to report to office both morning and evening. It is very challenging for me.
Any suggestions for how to get wfh.
First you have to reevaluate your options, do you think there are more python projects compared to java Or JavaScript. Try to learn JavaScript and pick frontend framework like ReactJS Or backend framework NodeJS. Prepare interview questions and do some hands on. If you aren't allocated from 1.5 years then it's very problematic. There are more projects in java and databases compared to python.
