Need project reg
Hi
I have 5 years experience in total. In that major years worked in aws migration last year in app support. I am on bench from October. I can't get proper aws call. If I get the call also they are not responding back after evaluation. I am getting calls for development or app support. But I need project in aws or aws+core java. Why it is so difficult? Can someone pls suggest which domain to choose? I am on bench for so long ? Any skill need to learn in addition for visibility. Is it ok to wait on bench for some more? Lots of frustration
Bro you can still try by posting the things matching your projects on portal at Ultimatix called knome to get calls based on your current skillset or else you can find them by your own by filtering it to your current requirement in portal at Ultimatix called ExOps(External Opportunities) if you still aren't getting calls based on your requirements from any of then that i mentioned..The best option in this scenario to better get prepared for switch for somewhere else as exploring actual projects has become bit difficult in TCS currently compared with switch where you would easily find opportunities out there on the basis of your curr6skillset...
