I am fresher joined in Feb 2024, tagged to dummy project.I have no access to apply in tmp.My managers not responding

bro I'm from AIA and tell you what the ground reality.. If your a fresher and looking for hands-on experience from a real project the chances are very less.. It's purely luck based to be tagged to a project after onboarding and getting some real work.. most freshers are allocated to dummy project without any tasks only for timesheet purpose
