You are on B1 grade, nothing will happen in 3 months, just be on bench and prepare for the transition. You may get some mails but no actions will be taken.

Make best use of the bench and do some certifications

Already 2 months completed in bench no one will willing to take me intlo project as I will be moving to Maternity leave in 3 months

Any technical support or non technical support work
