Need Practical Suggestions that really worked to get " Release from Toxic Project " 🥺

I was pre-mapped & trapped into bad project, there was clear skill mis-match, but rmg & hr watched in silence 😶

I'm currently stuck in toxic & zero growth project from past 1 year, I just want to get out for few months & proceed accordingly.

Fight max but situation right now chances of release are slim.

Either way upskill use the Udemy access and certify then jump. There are much better options out there.

I have one lateral 12+ experienced resource fought for. it and got waht he wanted
and on the other hand , saw similar situation long timer resource fought but didnt get what he wanted, had to work in same project for an year…

your case you already worked for an year - i will suggest fight for it if you really want it … nothing comes easy here seriously

Take maximum sick leaves. And in between take one day spot on leave. Client will get in fire mode. Client will TCS to replace this candidate asap. Trial and tested by me.
