Trending @Capgemini; Need policy document for 6 hrs in office
So there's this conversation going on about minimum 6 hours in office. It's all word of mouth so far. The last time I checked, it was only mentioned in the policy document that we should be in the office for at least 60% of the working days. Nowhere have I seen the 6 hrs mandatory thing.
If any of you have it, please share! If there isn't one, just stop with the false information please
To HRs & managers: shove these policies up your *****!

It's min 2 hours. But try to stay put for 4 hrs just to be safe!

Min 6hrs is not a mandate. It's min 2hr (for now)

I know a person who is in data analysis team of this TIO. According to him, the team sends data of all the employees who completes less than 6 hrs in Office to HR.
Now it’s HR call to take any action or not.
You will never see a communication from anyone from HR or management about a minimum of six hours a day in the office, no organisation in this world will let its employees work only for six hours while they charge the client with eight hours a day.
Six hours a day is the safe bet for now, there might be an announcement to present in the for 9.30 hours a day in future(it's my guess).

Prior to covid if anyone is doing less than 6 hrs . It was considered half day , as per internal news soon they are also goin to start 5 days . They have already implemented 5 days for grade above D .

6 hours in office that they are expecting, but as per policy you have to be in office for 9 hours. After covid first they implemented 60% attendance, during that they were not tracking how much time you spent in the office. But from last few months they are tracking hours as well.

But some people are saying they got mail for it. May be for some people that are not having hybrid policy as many such are there.
