I am learning team Centre after 5 years of experience in design and wanted to switch to PLM field.
so can I expect a package more than at 12 lakh per annum if I gain good knowledge and able to pass I interview and showcase 3 yrs of experience

Ya you can start from a small company... But need Highly smart to clear interview and for 4yrs abive experience you will get easily 15-18LPA
