Need outputs on leave compensate

I work for a client in tcs but whenever I ask for leave my tcs manager directly rejects it . Although my client manager has no issues with it .But tcs manager ask to apply only sick leave if it’s that urgency . I can avail 2 sick leave but then what’s the use of other leaves it will be wasted. After applying sick leave also they ask me to compensate for those days . Then what’s the use of taking leaves.

They always say the reason as it’s quarter beginning ending whole year this drama will be there.

Need suggestion, have anyone faced the same issue .
