Trending @Accenture; Need Opinion or suggestion

I started at CL12 in dec 2022 and currently at CL11 with 7.5 as fixed with December promotion, should I plan to switch in the next 6 months or stay? Am I being underpaid? How can I plan for my first switch?

As per Accenture term, you are paid normally. In my team we have 4 folks with the package of 6.5 and below. Consider switching if you are serious about the CTC.

Bro you must have started at 3.83 fixed at CL12 Right? When did you got promoted to CL11 and what was the Fixed part at that time? Also, how much hike you got now to have 7.5 as fixed??
