Need opinion on resigning without offer - 90 days NP
As the title suggest, not getting any calls probably due to NP. I feel I have prepared good enough but haven’t given any interviews yet. Thinking if I should just pull the pin.

If in project and have some dependency ..go ahead and resign so that 90 days you can utilize for searching ..on 85th day you can take back resignation if no opportunity...but if u get any never take it back ..you will many calls in last 20 days...be ready for multiple roles ..nowadays roles are many but work is same ..

Thanks for this info, wasn’t aware that we can take back paper that much down the road

For java springboot just go ahed you will definitely get calls

Thanks man, was just worried from few days but this helps!

You mentioned you have not given interviews yet, at least attend few interviews with job in hand. Then you will get idea if you are market ready or not. Without job you will be desperate to clear interviews and it will be very frustrating.

If you put paper they will release you within a month unless you are critical

This can also be true as currently situation is not quite good.
Can you define critical? Any resource getting billed by the project is actively bringing in money to TCS so will TCS just say I don’t need money from projects for 2 months out of 3 months in Notice period?

Go ahead, once you put urself as immediate joiner you will get calls for your skills. All the best .
