Need little advice!

Getting 10L as fixed with 15% variable pay at a consulting firm. Is it a good deal? Haven't been alloted any location yet, can be Delhi, Gurgaon, Chennai or Bengaluru. (Note, am a fresher in my final year pursuing BA Economics Hons.)

Would be decent imo (subjective). What perks are they offering? Would be better if you get the info on where your possible location is and if there is joining bonus then how much would that be?
