Need job switch guidance

I worked as a manual tester for 2 years in a team that was over so they have moved to another team. In the new team work pressure is very high working for more than 12 hrs every day my health is getting down due to this. If I ask for a release they won't give so I came to switch companies My total experience is 2.7 years and I have some basic knowledge in automation which I learned in the new team. Please give some valuable input on resume preparation and how to start searching for companies.. TIA
