Need job switch advice

I’ve been trying to switch from my current company (startup) for some time now, but I’ve not got any callbacks from any of the places that I’ve applied to. I’ve attached my resume that I’ve been applying with (personal details redacted). Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong? Everyone else around me has already switched or is in the process, and I’m here, still applying and getting rejected.

PS: My current company is a startup, the previous one was a mid sized company which I got in college placements.
