Hi guys I am 4yoe working at a service based company looking for a switch.

Tech stack - Java, spring, backend

Also worked on py microservices but mostly interest in Java. Good at efficient coding and multithreading/ scalable design. All related stuff to backend eg docker kube etc.. etc. Couchbase, SQL.

Currently im at 11lpa, ppl with me switched to >2x.

Am long term planning to be a builder so naturally diligent with work to improve skills.
