Need internal project for a friend have 3 years of exp technology is sas and domain is life sciences

Thanks for the response, its been 3 months and RMG team is asking to find a project by own, RMg team is not working they are even not looking, only they used to ask come daily mark attendance also creating a pressure to take any project as its been 3 month else face consequences, even since day one RMG is asking to take any project, how come a 3 year of exp associate in a domain and technology can adopt a different project, senseless RMG team
