Need Insights related to onsite

Hii I would like to get job in abroad. I checked with my current company and there is no onsite opportunities as of now. Can you suggest me how to get a job in abroad. I see many job openings (contract type) for my skill in abroad in LinkedIn. Are these job postings are reliable and will they sponsor visa ? Please share your thoughts on this
