Trending @Accenture; Need insights on Salary Growth

Recently I got an offer for 10.5 + 20% variable. Accenture is trying to retain me, let's say they give 10 lpa + 21% variable.

Is it worth to stay at Accenture for another 1 year and switch after 1 year as it will increase my package.

Current ctc = 7 lpa + 21 % variable.

Also I might get offers upto 16 or 18 LPA during last 30 days of my notice period.

Ps: Azure Data Engineer with 3.5 relevant and 4.5 total years of experience.

Please I need insights on salary growth.
