Need Insights on EY GDS Offer – Work Culture & Projects

Hi Everyone, I am currently working with Deloitte USI as a Consultant with a fixed package of 17.6 LPA. I have received an offer from EY GDS for the role of Senior Consultant 2 with a fixed package of 25 LPA. I have a total of 5 years of work experience. Could you please share insights on the work culture and projects at EY GDS? Also, would you consider this a good offer?
