Need Inputs on Hyundai Mobis Salary & Work Culture

Hi all, On of my friend recently received an offer from Hyundai Mobis and wanted to get some insights. I have 4 years of experience and my current CTC is 10.5 LPA. Could anyone please share: 1. What would be a realistic salary expectation for a Senior Engineer role with this experience? 2. How is the work culture at Hyundai Mobis — work-life balance, team environment, growth, and overall experience?
