Need inputs on flats
I am planning to purchase a 3bhk 1800sqft apartment at 3rd floor roadside flat. It's from a small builder. Location wise, price wise the apartment is worthy. It's hardly 100m from the metro as well. This building has 5 houses. Only drawback is that ground floor and first floor has the commercial shop. Do you think it's worthy to buy such flats? I can't afford flats from big builders as everyone is quoting above and beyond 3.5cr for 3bhk. Hence planning to purchase this one.
if your buying it to live in it and if it's legal and affordable then go for it. if it's an investment only then think about future buyers having similar doubts about ground floor etc
I am buying to live in it. It's legal and affordable. Only problem is it's roadside flat so might be noisy during daytime. But builder tells that you can get sound proof doors which will prevent noise.
good thing is that it's legal and affordable. i wouldn't be too worried about the future resale of primary purpose is to live in it. now whether you and your family can live jn it or not is completely your personal choice and decision, but never really trust builders, you should ask around and see the location at different times if the day. bigger issue than noise might be privacy ( ground floor, so anyone can peep in through windows) and dust.
