Need information regarding resignation policy

Hey guys, can we resign again after getting retained in TCS? Do they sign any bond or contract once the employee is retained?

I was retained last month, however I haven't signed any agreement or anything. So I can assume we can resign anytime we want.

around 70% but most of it goes into Variable pay. That's why I regret accepting retention.

TCS is a joke. I didn’t accept retention. They give me offered promotion in coming cycle. Everything is joker, so I took my paper back.
