Need information regarding Deloitte USI?

I have got an offer from Deloitte USI for 14 LPA fixed and 15.4LPA CTC for 4 Years of experience in SAP. I wanted to understand how Deloitte is in terms of hikes, hybrid model, promotion etc

Hike totally depends on your ratings and the market
Twice a week you have to go to office and rest wfh Promotion again depends on your ratings/ project/ panel discussion and all that
