Need information on tcs laptop

Hi, I was having a project and a tcs laptop both, but since I was only using the project laptop, I returned the tcs laptop to the asset team. Now I got released from my current project and in the new project I need to use tcs laptop. How to raise request to get tcs laptop also I am at my hometown for 1 year, so can I get an option to get tcs laptop by courier.
