A senior reached for project ,in which there is INFO about EPIC/EMR and Healthcare provider,anyone plz tell me about this domain
Is it an American Client? Accenture has some of the biggest healthcare companies around the world as diamond clients. Overall the scope of work involved is too vast. One can work backend java to all way AI, ML and Cloud. Depends which client we are talking about and what project for that client
They have told me that I have to work on night shift and wfo for all 5 days ,and other restrictions, should I say to the project
Night shift has different meanings. Shift B also comes under night shift i.e. anywhere from 11 to 8/9 pm is night shift but under Shift B. If its shift C which like log off after midnight or early morning then I'll say think about it a hundred times before saying yes. For shift b take the distance to office and expense of travel into consideration before saying yes. Talk to other ppl from the project to understand the meaning of night shift as per their project and consider your family as well as you will be coming home late .
Since you are a fresher they are asking to come all 5 days whereas seniors and all comes to office 1 day per week. Check if the 5day work week is negotiable to 1 or 2 days and the extra shift allowance as per shift b or c
