If I'm being given a Macbook Air from my startup organization, and I installed a chrome browser in it.
I use a chrome profile created by my work email for work purposes. In the same chrome browser, I've logged in with personal gmail as well, and other email accounts as well.
How do I know if any of my searches in my personal chrome profile is being monitored or can be tracked by my HR or startup?
How to maintain privacy here?
Is there a way to be sure about it - I understand a lot of people use work and personal email in the work laptop itself.

You can't. The EDR solutions and VPNs always log the traffic and device activity.
But blending it as normal corporate traffic is a skill

As a cybersecurity analyst, I would recommend you to do all your personal things in your personal laptop, because every organisation will monitor all the logs from their assets(work PC, Laptop and servers) you can’t do anything for your privacy in your work laptop.

Why would you keep your personal accounts always logged in ? 🫡 Kaam khatam kro aur signout ka button dabao.
Anyways don’t login is the best. Saw a post recently where a guy was terminated because he was using Zerodha and Stake on his work laptop.
