Need information about Infosys Application Process

Hii I have applied for Infosys but my every application is moved to rejected despite of having exact qualification and skills as mentioned in the JD. The application shows like this . Can anyone at Infosys tell what's happening pls.

Why it shows IN PROCESS OF ANOTHER JOB APPLICATION??????
