Need Info on something
So one of my junior colleague, who is a lateral hire wants to apply for the Wings 1 program. Grade is C1 and the CTC is 14lpa. Will they be eligible for it? As far as I know the Wings programs are for Hi talent flags and mostly to get hikes. If the ctc is already that much will they recieve the incentive rewards or not?
If anyone has idea let me know in comments.
Even if his salary is 35 lpa and the Grade is C1 then also he can apply. Package is not considered for Wings 1 eligibility. Wings 1 Digital Bonus is around 3 lakhs a year, so your colleague would get 17lpa a year.
Note: The Elevate Bonus is a percentage of the package and the unit has a discretion to decide the percentage. So not sure if it would be beneficial for your colleague to give the exam.
I am a Wings 1 eligible candidate and have clarified the eligibility criteria from my Unit TD, so the above is my knowledge I have gathered
