Their team has been trying to sell me one of their plan. Has anyone tried it? Do they offer good services? Were you able to save some money? The approaches they share for tax savings are legit? Do they help with all the documents?

Would recommend it as better than doing it yourself if you have complex ITR (esops, extra income)
The first CA allotted was dumb , but after raising the concern they changed it. The new one is better.
I'm using it. They just provide the general tips which you can find in any online article. I didn't find anything exceptional. The CA alloted to me is average in knowledge, his calculations are often inaccurate, and I've to cross check them all the times.
Won't recommend it.
