Need info on hike

Hi all

Joined as lateral in TCS on 2023 with 6LPA and montly around 40k.

In 2025 April how much hike I can normally expect and what could be the in hand after hike and from which month the hike will be effective.

You will get 45k in the best case scenario. That is also very rare
