Need info on FAV

Hi all,

I joined TCS in May 2024. Immediately locked in a project and worked until October 1st week 2024. Post then I went on maternity leave. Rejoining in April 2025.I was well recognised by managers & clients till my last day with the project.

Since my FAV is nearing, i just want to know about the possibility of band which i will be getting,& respective hike %.
