Need info for Notice period pay

I have submitted resignation today snd requested them for early release and got approval from rmg to go ahead lwd as nov 30.i heard they eill pay notice period pay for 3 months. Is it true? Rmg/hr haven’t updated anything on this to me they have just approved..

Are you on the bench currently? How did you get early release? I want to get early release from TCS due to personal issues. Can you please guide me

Discuss with rmg and email accordingly

If you are on bench or under rmg pool on resignation you can get early release quickly I have seen few cases where within 2 days the entire process is completed.
